The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of this company. For traninees it's a good place. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. Overall a good firm ☺

I had the great opportunity to work on big scale private and government projects under the commendable guidance of the director who just not a boss but also a mentor which helped in my expansion of skills and knowledge in architectural and construction field.

A small team of 4 to 6 architects work in this firm. So they get exposure and responsibility of tip to toe of the projects and are involved in all the stages from conceptual to execution irrespective of experience.

Dislikes

The pace at which you learn newer things or take up newer projects is slow. The appraisal policy is extremely slow. You might end up spending a lot of unproductive days, which might not give you the work satisfaction, you expect.
