On time salary without any delay. Good subsidised canteen food. Good Campus.

Dislikes

Strict time policy as you cannot compensate with expanding your working time. It should be more flexible. Late means late and marked as early leave which will deducted from salary.

For ex if a client pay you 50 k .they pay you 15 k and as salary increase to 24-25 k they fire you for no reason.because as your salary increases their margin decreases .so they terminate you with out any fault telling that project has gone down they don't have meanwhile they hire employee on 15 k salary at your place bunch of liars with no moral .they terminate you but doesn't give you termination letter they always ask you to resign saying that we will give termination letter than you will file a case against us .but whether we file case or not they must provide us termination letter

Only one thing that salary comes on time.

Many things like Behaviour of Management (Do not give worth of your talent and efforts), Job security(as you grow old less the chances of job security), Miss behavior of Project Leads/Team leads (You have to bear their DADAGIRI, Less knowledge updation, Waste of talent and many more things.

Starting your career with a good entry level company can provide a strong foundation for skill development.

..., such companies not be ideal. After 4-5 year you may become expensive for them. And they might try to replace and reduce your salary. This is impact your career growth

Nothing to like about only can say that they provide you salary on time.

Politics in team.. having issues while appraisal.. bad culture.. culture is good if you are in day shift else night shift are totally waste lf you carrer & mental peace. Else in day shift they do have some activities in break time.. also once you selected they give you good salary & incentive but for longer run its totally poor for your carrer.
