Worst management of NAMTECH- Egomaniac Directors, Feeble leadership, total inhuman. It is an noble initiative and people who just want to fillup their pockets and use their positions toil with the juniors and just to satisfy ego they play with people's carreer. You can check apart from few people, their senior Management and so called leaders change everytime. Just money of AMNS is the saviour, otherwise such people will destroy the organisation as well as careers of junior people

Good company and so many upcoming projects. Department working culture is good, everyone has their own responsibility.

...rrible, need free transportation No festival bonus No facilities for employees You will get nothing except your salary To improve employees productivity company should provide good facilities.

They are not increasing OJT/AFE salary.After working 4 year they are not confirm.just getting 20000 per month.is it fair ?

Arcealor mittal (K.S.A) Salary is good but work nature was not good In offer letter they are giving our professional positions after joining they are making changes . & making to operate other machines & different works .

Company is good for earning money don't have carrer growth & knowledge. Always work No T breaks only lunch 30 mins.

...es are support ice and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike. Of course all this comes with results.

There is a lot of politics.salary is decent but increment not done on time.
