It is an noble initiative and people who just want to fillup their pockets and use their positions toil with the juniors and just to satisfy ego they play with people's carreer. You can check apart from few people, their senior Management and so called leaders change everytime. Just money of AMNS is the saviour, otherwise such people will destroy the organisation as well as careers of junior people
