Poor salary structure. No policy for promotion. You will get silent increments if you are boss's favorite. Slave culture in company. No job role changes. If you pass 10 years in company your job role is not going to change.

There is too much difference in the pay scale between newly joined and experienced people. Newly joined people get more CTC compared to experienced people. HR policy is too poorest.

...dha unit as safety officer. The company is good. 8 hrs duty with 1 day week off. Salary is credited into account on 1st day of every month. Job security is good. Good for candidates, those who wants to learn. Company policy is good but can be better though.

1. Most of the time seniors think they know everything and not allow talents to grow which may cause bit of job dissatisfaction. 2. Canteen facilities could be better. 3. No health benefits on behalf of company.
