Poor salary structure. No policy for promotion. You will get silent increments if you are boss's favorite. Slave culture in company. No job role changes. If you pass 10 years in company your job role is not going to change.

Dislikes

There is too much difference in the pay scale between newly joined and experienced people. Newly joined people get more CTC compared to experienced people. HR policy is too poorest.

... Company is good but not for associat and many rules for only contract person. Salary is not increase as contract person 6-7% only .
