...rivate sector, everyone and anyone will miss the company once he leaves the job. You get salary at 1st of each month, which is not being followed in most of the govt dept too

Contract manpower has been terrible there, least of the authorities to engineers whoch demoralise us and tend to think in a conservative way. Hierarchical distress bothers too

Poor salary structure. No policy for promotion. You will get silent increments if you are boss's favorite. Slave culture in company. No job role changes. If you pass 10 years in company your job role is not going to change.
