I) NO Job security as people can be fired casually anytime by most unfair and unfit management II) Pointless Meetings happening all time even at midnight III) Favoritism, office drama and politics is always happening IV) Juniors are guided vaguely and always used as scapegoat by seniors to take all blame and treated the worst way possible V) Top management monitors each and everything of employees and finds out their mistakes to point out later and ridicule them VI) No appreciation or growth for deserving and hardworking people instead their accomplishments are neglected ultimately stolen by favoured people. VII) Lot of interns are hired and fired in frequent manner and given huge amount of work responsibilities for cost cutting purposes. VIII) Single resource is supposed to do all the work is his domain to save precious money of management, like a developer supposed to work in development, testing, administration everything in low salary all day and night as micromanagement is present everywhere without caring about employees IX) Infrastructure is full of old codes which is very hard to navigate and fix and their products are very old and not up to the mark X) Managers are very rude using people like tools and management does a lot of unethical practices spreading negativity Join only if you are desperate for a job, wants to be taken advantage of and not getting any other opportunities at all.

... actions from HR Team never before, they always helpful to resolve our issues 3. Salary- As per Kolkata Standerd, they offer really decent salary. 4. ARC having its big Game Zone in Kolkata office, which is really awesome and even they organize their Sports Carnival including internal Cricket/Football match every year 5. Colleagues are very much helpful and work culture is good 6. Job stability is there, they celebrate tenure appreciations every year which means ARC awarded the employees who have completed their 5 and 10 years in the organization 7. You can easily get in touch with any senior member from Management team 8. ARC provides free Cab/Shuttle services for its employees 9. Growth options are also there and you will get decent hikes once in a year

Dislikes

1. Pantry is in 7th Floor Only, it should be in 6th floor too 2. Lifts are not working properly, though there is special lift in 7th floor but for 6th floor you have to use old lift 3. No Smoking Zone

...fot that normal employees and juniors gets stuck on false position sometimes. 6. They sometimes say one amount of salary at the time of hiring, but later on they give lesser offer. 7. They don't knoe how to give value to the employees. It is like, even if you leave, we don't care, we will hire someone else. 8. Security is a big concern. 9. They are working on a fresher model right now. So basically they are completing their projects with the freshers by giving little amount of stipends and then they are throwing them out, as the are interns.

Well...if i take time to think and write...the good about this company is...you can get many bengali good people...who are always ready to make u eat tasty food

...is for name sake...no body listens to her... 6. They can call you on weekends...with no compensation. 7. They will provide you leaves...20 leaves per year...but mind it...you will not be able to use them..they will not ler u convert them into cash too. 8. If for 15 mins you will go for tea or small breaks...they will notice and keep calling you. 9.The CTO..if you join there...see please...u will urself know...wot he is.. 10. If you are joining in big data...i will say...better work in low paying job..but dont join here

1. Toxic Work culture 2. Exploit fresher candidates 3. No place for honest hard work 4. Perks & Benefits will be changed once you join the organization irrespective of what's written in your joining letter 5. Managers will provide promotions to those candidates who pamper their egos 6. Persons have to work on week-offs or holidays 7. No extra benefit for extra work or night shifts 8. Too much office politics and gossiping 9. No job security, basically you are at the mercy of your manager and they can terminate you without any prior notice.
