There is no reason to like this company toxic work culture. Bad management lack of information provided by requirement team.

There is lots of things which an employee dislike about a origination and ARC is one of them. 1. There is no documentation provided by the team for the project you are work on. 2. They have policy to fire a employee whenever they want without any prior notice. 3. They do not consider paid leave as a part FNF 4. There is lots of office politics inside management.

As an employee of ARC each day is new learning. Able to work as we want. Able to learn what we want. Able to implement new technology to improve the development. Till I worked here only limitations is employee themselves. Other than that lot of learning parallel on multiple technology. Seniors help juniors at there(junior) convenience.
