EVERYTHING, it is the worst organisation to work with. They did not pay the salaries deducted during COVID. They do not give increments more than 7-800 that too after every 3-4 years. Only few people have access to the vice chairman who is out of country and rest of all just work under these few who don’t care about the welfare of staff or organisation at all. PLEASE FEEL GOOD ABOUT NOT HAVING A JOB, rather than working at Aravali.

Salary Written on offer letter and salary actually paid is very different. You would get around 50% of the salary given in offer letter.. Director is very money minded... Cheap college.... No respect for M.Tech and Phd..... worst place to work... College is in interior village where you will not get any public commute... For public commute walk 4 kilometers from college campus....If you have own vehicle then you can commute on bad roads and have a tour of rural India....

Worst payment.... No infrastructure... Just one building which houses all the departments, library, lab... All in one building... No transparency in payment... Director is cheaply money minded... No transportation....
