Maintenance team and there manager , supervisor are not supporting there maintenance team properly, giving unwanted pressure to the team , especially in the secondary maintenance, if you are planning to go there please don't go , you will surely hate the company

I have been working in the control room for 9 years. I neither get salary for the position I work in have I got the position. I have discussed with the manager several times about my position and salary, but every year he makes fake promises and the supervisor's behaviour is also not good with me. Where I work, the supervisor and some operators play politics with me. 😭😭😭😭😭

I dislike the discipline of the company about the age of their employees when reaching over sixity year age their employee should resin & by doing this action loss many of Experts who do well in the targeted jobs.

Company had hired high class professionals for each and every post,for their bottom to top post,highly experience people due to that we never faced any problem those days,but at present I can't say any thing because I came know from a reliable source that company has changed entire management,so presently I am totally unaware about it.thanks.
