Loads of work always. And Pay hike not up to the mark. You are also dependent on one single Client. If the client decides that he does not need to outsource this work any more, you are fired!!

...sk ( & be lucky) to get such work. For me personally it helped in career growth. Salary is average. Didn't feel politics. Some employees esp who joined as freshers from college really developed amazing excel skills within few years, Thus implying Aranca did impart valuable marketable skills if u were lucky.Thr are many other competitor companies that focus mostly on repetitive low-end work. However in last few years quality work has reduced in Aranca too. Still i wud advise someone who wants better work to risk joining Aranca than join a bigger brand known for doing repetitive work.

Little Work life balance, Managers are at most times not assertive with client, they commit a lot to Client and employess have to work extra hours.

Flexible working; joining salary is decent; most of the team mates are decent; company tries to do a lot to keep employees engaged and happy; fairly good projects; management is happy to hear your suggestions and incorporates it as well; they genuinely are concerned for their employees; very good HR; travel opportunities for work depending on project; tries to incorporate many employee friendly policies

Dislikes

Promotions/Appraisals are poor; MBA/ Masters is not a pre-requisite to be a part of the firm; Brand name - not a big name (but has good reputation amongst clients); very high dependency on old employees

Challenging Projects Strictly performance-based reviews High rewards for high performance (bonus payouts) Amazing HR team (i have worked in more than 6 companies and the HR team of Aranca is by far the best!) Performance driven culture Work outputs are industry best (comparable to the big 4)

base pay is low compared to the market

Company laid off employees, and salary cut. Top management is not open to new ideas and progress.

Dislikes

Nepotism. Managers need to look for growth of divisions and business. Not many are risk taking and ready to appreciate ideas. Most of times people are into comfort zone and not learning much
