1. Service issues in core sector locations also. 2. Can not commit client for the service TAT. 3. No improvement or listening for service failures and due to that business loss.

Nothing except Salary comes in time.

Dislikes

Management is all full of politics. Those who can butter well, may survive long here. They are not at all customer centric and not employee centric as well. All they care about is cost cutting and paying less to employees. They threaten to spoil your career if you raise a voice against the management.

You can have lot of opportunities like annual vacation and good salary.In india most the companies not allow to took a leave or annual leave .But you can have them in aramex

I’m working since last year and i don’t have much contacts in this company but in my perspective in here most of them not have the accountability for their job…And for skill development i learned new things for survival but you will not have them as a program…I’m not sure if this is happening on everywhere in aramex or not but in my perspective and in my area of work i got this

Decent salary and independent working in my case.

Dislikes

Not proper training system , and tuff targets to achieve for the company. Little work life balance if you invest totally. Company is lagging behind in Fast moving logistics industry from its competitors.

Honestly I was very much excited when I got.offer from Aramex India Pvt. Ltd. By 3rd party pay roll, I was in a myth that here work culture being an MNC will be at the high quality but honestly that was my expectations which went wrong totally in a week post me joining. 1. IT DEPT :: GIVEN FAULTY PC TO WORK 2. TL/REPORTING MANAGER :: VERY RUSE AND USE AS MUCH AS SLANG LANGUAGE. 3. TEAMATES :: NOT ATALL HELPFUL SPECIALLY THE SENIOR ONES. 4. No proper training and KT sharing. If you are planning to join then I will suggest ready to face the heat.

Arrogant seniors. No proper training and absolute unplanned OJT.
