I was hired for a package of 2.5lpa in which the 50k was some retention bonus so wouldn't consider and my in hand salary was around 14885 rs but for the freshers who joined in the financial year after myself got a package of 3lpa and now they are in search of freshers for a package of 3.6lpa. I don't know what's actually happening over there. They should consider their employees before deciding the package for freshers. Having experienced here for an year with good skills but didn't get a chance to handle a project on my own. Even in this year also I will not get good hike because getting a lakh hike in the same company is impossible but they are ready to give more for freshers.

...rom seniors you can't expect any thing in terms of skill development/ learning. There is no such thing as a company culture where you feel engaged or get any other benifits apart from salary.

There is a lot of politics... salary is decent but cuttings are too much... career growth is zero....no transportation..no cafeteria.. there is no recognition of work..

Working Culture is Good, company given Good salary and hike for new joiny.

Workload is more compair to manpower, here not a new learning things we do same work daily, here not be support to use our experience, here some festival celebrated but we don't know because of we don't have a time to celebrate.

Great start for a fresher.. Definitely quite a good place to learn fastly

Employees demands are not met. Salary is relatively less for freshers compared to other places. No canteen only vending machine.
