Rude behavior of managers, no work life balance, managers are egoistic, have to work more than 12 hours. Managers wont allow to plan work within time, the love to engage more time in lab. No work life balance, managers are sadistic, wont allow to grow chemists and especially good qualified person. Innate regional politics.

Cab free but there to couple of location only. Good to learn for begginers n salary hikes only while joining for experienced. Joining n Retention bonus to executive levels.

Timings just suks 8-930 where the hell on earth its 930HRS official, and if delayed more than 15min LOP and tou just cant leave. If you have a sede manager then attedance is gone case. Too many old old seniors here like every now and then one wil be 15, 16,17 years anniversaries means not much scope for new thinking. No good admin services either food, washroom, door mat, coffee., either with poor service or with no service. Forget about work life balance forget about life. You will be working definitely 930HRS daily and at least 1Hrs extra some dpt. 1.5-2Hrs, saturdays sun days,. Is there any day I missed? WFH no... Its another mystery, you can WFH but put leave No proper holidays for ex: this year Deepavali no holiday for us. and company is in constant chase for next level with less wheels and wheels that are there have take all load. There is partiality, seems like BLR unit controlled by HYD mostly. Buckets kind of people who don't work but only speak well are believed. Most people just come here to hike just like birds migrating for breeding. Lot of stealing people inside either money or materials. Reporting bad things inside is just no use. Just work for an year if you come here by mistakes, leave as soon as 1-2months if next company is giving atleast 5-10% hike if peace of mind is important. Just be strong and speak for yourself with at least director level of your senior or suffer.

Employees demands are not met. Salary is relatively less for freshers compared to other places. No canteen only vending machine.

I was hired for a package of 2.5lpa in which the 50k was some retention bonus so wouldn't consider and my in hand salary was around 14885 rs but for the freshers who joined in the financial year after myself got a package of 3lpa and now they are in search of freshers for a package of 3.6lpa. I don't know what's actually happening over there. They should consider their employees before deciding the package for freshers. Having experienced here for an year with good skills but didn't get a chance to handle a project on my own. Even in this year also I will not get good hike because getting a lakh hike in the same company is impossible but they are ready to give more for freshers.
