Whoever working in Aragen Long period company' is not recognising .if recognise it's good for them like salary correction or giving bonus for them.

I was hired for a package of 2.5lpa in which the 50k was some retention bonus so wouldn't consider and my in hand salary was around 14885 rs but for the freshers who joined in the financial year after myself got a package of 3lpa and now they are in search of freshers for a package of 3.6lpa. I don't know what's actually happening over there. They should consider their employees before deciding the package for freshers. Having experienced here for an year with good skills but didn't get a chance to handle a project on my own. Even in this year also I will not get good hike because getting a lakh hike in the same company is impossible but they are ready to give more for freshers.

...rom seniors you can't expect any thing in terms of skill development/ learning. There is no such thing as a company culture where you feel engaged or get any other benifits apart from salary.

All benefits given but that benefit deducted from our salary. The CTC worst. The sumal company also give so money benefits without cuttings. I am very disappointed. Not equal salary to work.

Good work environment and teammates are supportive. management is transparent, there is huge cafeteria for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent, Career growth is Nil.
