Poor management. I worked here for 15 days. Once I requested for WFH , they approved it. I was not given any specific instructions during work from home. Next day I was forced to resign by Founder as he told you were not on-line continuously during working hours. I was not given a second chance nor a warning inspite of sincere apologies and now am jobless since that day This is Worst experience I ever had.

Excellent work Culture, flexibile in timings, no office politics. Only 5 days working with Saturday Sunday off. Hybrid work policy . Very supportive CEO, always support their team. Cooperative team members with proper delegations of work. No work Pressure. No restrictions in taking leave.

As a member of the marketing team, I get to travel a lot in different regions, and the accommodation the company provides is excellent. I have learned and grown a lot since I joined the company. Another plus point is that all of my colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds, so it's so much fun working with them.
