Aradhana Skills is a social enterprise established in 2014 that provides job-oriented skills development training for bottom-of-the-pyramid students from primarily rural areas or urban slums in paramedical/allied healthcare professions within the healthcare sector in India. Our vision is to participate in the nation-building exercise of skills development by completely redefining the traditional skills development paradigm in the country.
In partnership with some of the leading healthcare providers in Pune like Ruby Hall Clinic, Jehangir Hospital, Manipal Hospitals, and Sahyadri Hospital, we offer job-ready skills development courses for Radiology, Dialysis and Medical Laboratory Technicians.
Mission: Our mission is to positively change the narrative on skilling in India, and thus, participate in and contribute to nation building. Join us as we SKILL INDIA.
Vision: Aradhana Skills is a social enterprise that provides high-quality, job-oriented, government certified skills development training for paramedical or allied healthcare professionals within the healthcare sector in India.
