Very low salary package. If in Manager position then too much pressure from company & clients as well. It's not possible to even enter the HO for your work with a ny HR/admin. Overall terrible experience being in that company

Dislikes

Work culture. No respect to any employee. Salary deduction without any reason. No response for any issue. Vacation not on time. If employee is sick no response. Basic requirements no providing by company (Water, safety things, FRC,shoes). For food only 300 SAR will provided by company, no responsible for food. Accommodation problem for staff people.

See who you looking this in this cmny there is one good thing you get your salary on time but other things like any emergency situation in family , issues with work, issues with increments, issues with Hr department like this things no body I'll help you bcz this not a cmny problem this bcz of the people who working in administration also make sure your salary which is suitable for you designation don't believe in overtime only focus for good basic salary before coming to cmny writing and get what you need from cmny ask in interviews. Don't come for lower salaries bcz after you comes it will never increases.

Not good company for North Indian people or Hindi speaking people this company good only for Kerala and Tamil people they are everywhere in the company and not listen to your problem

Very bad management all people are mallu not hear your problem still many people stuck there for salary benefit and returning home

Arabian fal company all management and team are supported and co-operate to each other and also provide salary on time every end of month and this company give good opportunity to all employees for learning for earning.ect.
