There's nothing good with this company.

Dislikes

Very low salary package. If in Manager position then too much pressure from company & clients as well. It's not possible to even enter the HO for your work with a ny HR/admin. Overall terrible experience being in that company

For fresher, who want to learn, it is good company

Dislikes

Work culture. No respect to any employee. Salary deduction without any reason. No response for any issue. Vacation not on time. If employee is sick no response. Basic requirements no providing by company (Water, safety things, FRC,shoes). For food only 300 SAR will provided by company, no responsible for food. Accommodation problem for staff people.

...agement system to give employee benefits which they are eligible to take it...l had finished my contract on 15th july-2020 as per company system they should provide extension bonus and salary increment but nothing to take any benefits yet. i hope this email little help to FAL employee. THANKS
