...bout the cnc machine program. He often refused to explain about cnc programming. They treated me like a North indians workers there and a low salary package. No overtime work from my api unit. In grinding machine operator taught me so inconvenience because he is in urge and afraid of the shift supervisor. He also said that he had grudge of that supervisor. So he taught me tha he is not clarity enough to understand about running the grinding machine. While I'm running the first operation in my machine the second operation machine operator used to confuse me about my first operation component. Just a disgusting co workers are there and the experienced guys are becoming head weight there. Senior supervisor was always serious about the production. Because if someone put rejection component he gathers all the workers for meeting and he used to questioning among them. But he often used to say, when there is any problem you may tell to me at anytime. But i had the problem he is busy with the data entry operator. My college offers me this placement for the company is another level of scam without any interview😂. So i leave that company within two months. Another scam is that my two friends applied for the nats scheme under apprentice act so they got 15k per month but they got only 10k from that company. For hostel accommodation they said free but 4k taken from that salary amount. If anybody seeing comment please investigate about that company scam and others. Within two months I experienced such kind of problems there. So if you got any placements like this from your college please investigate some info about that company.

Something you can learn there like CNC programming basics. Salary wise they are good

Dislikes

Worst company culture.No proper hoist facilities for lifting a heavy component. No proper material handling. They want to reduce man power but still needs more production rate without any system improvements. Learning is limited to a boundary as there nothing much to learn as a fresher. Most selfish copany think before you join.

Basic salary will be high compared to other company for freshers both diploma & graduates

work will be like apprentice work then no skill aren't develop or Learn,no permanent job,work for some years only.

Employee as working temporarily 2 years only not comformed and salary bacakge is also not level up,

Work is good and awesome environment. Teammates are supportive and helpful. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. Then, salary is decent but career growth is slow.
