... don't go to this company very worst culture management also very irresponsible.salary we don't expect more and increment also, they didn't give proper appointment and reliving order also. when I leave this company i faced very much struggle to get my experience certificates and reliving order very terrific situation personally i faced not for me whoever left and run behind their dreams they are all faced like that only.

No career growth. No recognition, No proper increments, No promotions. Just drag the days here if u have no other source. Only main mukhiya's will get promotions even if they are 'Ungoota chaps'

Basically it's a manufacturing company, it's using basic Systems and Import export related only. No heavy work load. But Manufacturing side advanced technology Mechines used.

Good environment to work and less mental torcher

Setter cum operator can't get a good position in his working life that is operator will became a senior operator only there is no oppertunity to became a manager or incharge in his life

Imperial garments division, I Never seen such a place where Lot of politics. Management also not know what is happening in garment division.no future here no security for new comers, only old people dominant.

Dislikes

Worst management, no job security. Time frame for New joiners 3 to 6 months Can sustain.
