Once you shift at client side There is no support from manager & Hr On notice period they give you only 25% of your salary No appraisal from last 2 years Too much of politics

It's very difficult to find a good thing about this company.. My experience is worst here.. Only one good thing is if you have got talent so you can bag good clients..

...waiting for my appraisal. 6. In 3.3 also they have everything in advance bonus.. their salary structure is worst.. 7. Career growth is too slow management is least concerned about employees health. 8. In this pandemic also they want us to travel and serve notice from Mumbai although client doesn't require such things they are happy with the employees. 9. Once you have accepted appraisal then you have to serve another one year to this company otherwise all the money you ahve to return to this company as everything would be in advance/retention bonus. 10. You have to beg for everything form pas two years I am asking for my designation.. and they will reply by saying "Karte hai Karte hai" still they are karte hi hai 😂🙏

I had very bad experience during this COVID-19 situation . The company started lowering the basic salary and then stopped. But this policy was not for all employees. Some were given salary and some were not. Their was not any transperency how they classified the employees for this salary difference.

...policies and totally designed in favour of employer For fresher it is a trap (2.5 yrs of bond) HR doesn't have any power they are under control of managers If you are on notice period and you took leave they will make it loss of pay and will increase your notice period. They have a project of client transunion which is totally hell for employees, no work Life balance tons of work load no appreciation.
