Flexible timing as long as work is going well. Breaks can be taken when needed. Salary growth upto 30k for freshers in short time work based (Not skills)

Dislikes

No benefits at all No proper management. No guides or procedure will be followed by management regarding salary or workflow. Theyll make and beak on their wish. Salary dates are not fixed. No qualified people for the job. No training what so ever. Employee satisfaction is not a deal for this company. Long and unplanned working hours. Leaves have to be informed 14 days before even emergency leaves. No travel allowances only food and travel fare is born by company. Skills cannot be devloped and those got were not useful any where except design upto some extent. Sunday working compulsory atleast once every month due to no proper planning. Job Pressure

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
