Pathetic place to work. Join the company if you want to ruin your mental peace and end up in mental hospital. Extreme levels of micro management, politics within the team and senior management as well plays games of extreme cheap level. HR team is joker here, absolutely clueless of what needs to be done. You can stay happy only if you are yes boss kinda person. People who speak out about the wrongs will be pressurised to next level and the end up losing all their confidence.
