...ly one AC and if you complaint about it, they say you are wearing jeans and all. They force you to come to office even if you are not well and if take leave they deducted the salary. There is only one HR to manage things and sometimes they also act dumb bcoz of CEO pressure. Very bad toxic company to work. Only join this company if don't have any other options.

I have been working here for several years and not once was the salary ever delayed. The management has been nice , courteous and also worked with me for any adjustments during any emergencies. People who really want to learn anything in operating systems APSC experience will really count

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is less and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 .6 years before which you cannot resign. If there is no one in shift you have to do continuously night shift. Shit timing is wrost and even if you leave after your shift time over they will ask you why yo go so early you have to wait more 10 to 15 minutes really?

I don't like anything. There is so much terrible experience i get, With only 10-15 min lunch break. Seniors are not co-operative with anyone.

1. Hr Apurva is not cooperating anything even if you need 10 min break of illness & lunch also. 2. There is not any girl working because CEO shikha don't equally treat boys & girls. Infact she hated by each and everyone. 3. Pantry & washroom are so stinking always. They don't clean it timely. And also we used to ate lunch beside the washroom & dustbin with so many lizards.

Dominating Lady Boss, Worst work Culture, They talk to you sweetly until they sign their illegal bond, once you sign it they will just start bashing you every now and then. Technology wise its very out dated company in which I have workd in my entire life. They will ask you to clear there gmail queue horrible...... If you genuinely want to learn something then please never go ahead with this company...
