It's a Product based organization whose operations started in India last year. The policies of the organization is very good but the Implementation of the Policies is very average. It will take some time for the company to establish its brand in India and customize the company culture for India

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Policies on paper are good. Company culture is awesome. You enjoy working in Apptio. Work-life balance is good. The employee care is exceptional.

They don't provide the work which matches your skill. The appraisal is bad but the process is lengthy.

They don’t have actual work so if you want to take care of other things in life you can cleverly do it easily!

Dislikes

They have no roadmap for themselves or for their work force. Leadership is as clueless of the future as someone staying in a dark room could be.
