I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Team work is good. Nice work place.

Dislikes

One main thing I dislike is agreement.Apart from that, Submission of projects ASAP is hectic task for the developers.They themselves have to do manual testing too before final submission and one main thing im not satisfied is that working on outdated technologies but not advanced technologies so chances of getting hike will be less. This is the main drawback as of now which I observed here.So lack of exposure to the latest market. So inorder to enhance ones skills fewer chances to excel in ones career
