Office time is 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. some personal will come 11:00 and they leave around 7:00 they just shows to the boss they are doing extra work. And you are punctual on time and you can't leave office at 6:00 because some office person and boss give you feel that you are leaving early. Internal politics for appraisal and all. Some bosses favorite person will got 50% of hike in every 6 months and who is doing dedicated work on time they will get 5-8% of salary hike yearly. No performance matter. Just they want chatu guys. No appreciation of your good work.

Worst If you will join then you have to forget you skill development growth and personal life.

Dislikes

Everything HR policy If you come 1 min late then your salary will be deduct. No overtime benifits. But here you have to do work after office time. Saturday also working many times. Always gettiing frusted. Your personal life will be hell. Your boss always sit with you not in cabin. Everything is worst even i can't explain you
