This company is in co-working soo basically they don't have proper seating arrangement. All the decision are taken by co-founder Every decision. Hr don't have any kind of power. TLs don't have any kind of power . Micro managed company . Every decision goes on pending because every thing is approved by co-founder. You as employee will feel like, this small small decision should be taken right away but it will go for approval of co-founder. Some one rightly said sindhi ko banniya mill gaya 💯
