...ormance. They should atleast tell what's their expectations and where we laging. Instead doing this they stop paying salary and won't give any reply to your questions. But work will be assigned to you. In my case i am hopeless what to do next. So i just doing work without get paid my salary. Only our team lead connect with us. But he also don't take responsibility to get paid for our work. I am very strong that i didn't mess up anytime. But don't know what type politics going on

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
