Compensation, increments, and variable pay are really late (9 months late after due date) HR department is very agressive about salary negotiation but not working good in maintaining payroll and attendance. Also, we have to work with 3rd party company for providing income proofs

1) Salary structure is way less than the industry standard. 2) Zero employee benefits such as lunch/dinner and travelling reimbursement. 3) No outdoor activities
