Salary increments are not good. Only selected people will get hikes. One who joins recently that year promotion is not considered, you should have to wait for 2yrs for promotion

Further, 80% of the employees in CAD and CAE were made part-time employees, with only the managers and their favourites remaining as full time employees. There is a lot of internal politics and regionalism like Maharashtrian group, Kannadiga group.
