Too much bucketing culture. Your Indian Manager tells to obey/satisfy him and his boss as our appraisals are dependent on Indian Manager/Managers. Too much favouritism to their own state people. If it's a matured team, then there is no growth unless you have a good boss.

Job security, work life balance, salary hike and all are really good.Espp plan is there for employees and esop is also there so no issue with compensation.

Working with old technology, unstructured project. No innovation… only project knowledge matter.

...aise about the concern because they need billing rather than employee wellness work 24/7 even on weekends no pay for that Should carry our laptop with us every time to support on week ends Target is the worst thing where they set , even if you achieve they will chase for other things to make you complete

Salary for Mechanical engineers is not per market compared other industry in same domain /product oriented companies. their is lot of salary difference/gap compared others function employee. Works starts from morning and ends at night. You should be ready to streching your work hours. Works life balance may get impacted.
