Nothing…zero job security. One can gets fored in an instant. The ceo Mr.ankit has zero empathy towards any employee. He is a very rude and arrogant person.

Everything. They wont even give you laptops. They usually hire people with their own laptop. If you are thinking of joining this company. Do some research before u join.

Forget about Job Security Treating like school children and not professional. Join a BPO instead very similar culture. Product has high problems and customer support takes long time to resolve

What I liked about this company is they have a learning curve and as it is a startup you have a huge opportunity graph. HR and Management are good here. No toxic culture. Although I am in PIP while writing this review, however, that is something that I did not achieve as per the given target for 3 quarters. I will be out of this company in a few days but yes you can consider working here and just keep the numbers perfect.
