...iors is so pathetic. No professionalism in anyone of the team or the management. Deduct your salary in half for coming a minute late and calling this thing professional. This is only a saying of Monday to Friday work days. They will give you work on Sunday and will continuously call you again and again to check if it's done. Nothing to learn here as a fresher and as an experienced person it would be a slam. So do not waste your single day there.

The team members of the company are all good in nature the office environment is bearable only because of them otherwise it will not be possible to work there.

Dislikes

Almost everything 1. You have to come on time in morning otherwise it's a half day salary day for you. 2. No fix time to leave, you have to work from home after leaving office. 3. Late salaries. 4. Management just pass order as per their mood and requirements but are not acceptable if you ask for any thing like why late salary is late every month. 5. HR is just a management puppet and nothing else

There is no strict hierarchy level in the company that allows employee to interact with managers and upper level management for insight into any related topic.

Dislikes

At Appinop, you may have to work extra hours sometimes when the company needs you at times, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when it is required of you. But I guess it's a fair trade.

a senior whose attitude towards junior is shit and the way of giving tasks and unrealistic timeline which make pressure on the team and wait there is no team they have just 12 members of team in the developer department and 12 out of 8 are interns

It is startup and strength is very low if you are a fresher then defiantly you can join but for experienced avoid.

Dislikes

No Job Security, No Work Life Balance, You have to work hard to retain or grab any kind of Good Employees..
