Dislikes

Worst company with the most worst and rude management staff. They don't give salaries on time, but will call you at midnight for Work. No work life balance. If you have any issue there will be no one to reach out. Team leads nature towards the juniors is so pathetic. No professionalism in anyone of the team or the management. Deductyour salary in half for coming a minute late and calling this thing professional. This is only a saying of Monday to Friday work days. They will give you work on Sunday and will continuously call you again and again to check if it's done. Nothing to learn here as a fresher and as an experienced person it would be a slam. The place is great to work in and has a positive atmosphere. We work hard to meet deadlines but celebrate finishing our deadlines on time.

Dislikes

I've been an employee at Appinop Technologies for over 4 years, and I love my boss. Honestly, I've worked there so long that I am not challenged.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

There is no strict hierarchy level in the company that allows employee to interact with managers and upper level management for insight into any related topic.

Dislikes

At Appinop, you may have to work extra hours sometimes when the company needs you at times, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when it is required of you. But I guess it's a fair trade.

I really like the worl culture ou t there. But being a WFH post gives me great flexibility and perks to get work-life balance because of such cooperative management at Appinop Technologies.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike about the company, but one thing that I will point out is that you have to be ready for long work hours when needed by the company. But, I guess it happens with every company, and is your duty to provide assistance to the team when needed.
