They pay salary on time

Dislikes

Overly pressurised work environment where the team leaders have almost abusive nature. There is no job security they can fire 2/3 of their work force with no compensation. They ask you to work overtime without any pay. And a lots more.

...while working. You ain’t even allowed to learn anything while working. They sack you when it almost time for pay day, so they don’t have to pay you. You ain’t allowed any paid sick leave or leave at all. Nothing. No allowance nothing. You can’t even have bathroom break without your timer showing you ain’t working. You most keep clicking and pressing your keyboard for 8 hours or more. Not to even talk about micro management. You most not make a single error or mistake when you are new. If not a hour or 1 business day would be deducted from your pay. If they eventually pay you. They pay you less than the agree amount(half) so you can’t leave because you would be expecting your full salary the next month. Which won’t come or they sack you. Take there offer at your own peril/risk.

..., please run. they make you work overtime hours, promise to pay and not pay. you get your salary for the present week, after two weeks in the next month then they will reduce your salary and blame it on exchange rate and then they wont pay you if you spend a few days working in a new month (you literally worked) they record your screen for eight hours so if you are not at your screen or your screen is idle, problem. like you cant even go to use the bathroom a word is enough for the wise! run!
