The location was the only perk, it was based in EU but when u compare in terms of salary it was only 15-20% more Vs what u can get in India (including all benefits). Overall I found company is good, works give satisfaction & learning opportunities were immense.

Company is hiring employees on contract base for only 1 year after this year company provid break for 1 month after rejoin on same contract for 1 yearno furure develope Company provide many facility for his permanent employee and not give facility and banifit for contract employee. Company want his production only.

Contract employee hired for only 1 yers after this rejoining process. And very low salary packej. And production is very high. Only 18-35 Years Male candidate do this job in contract. Not future in here Company not hiring for permanent job only contract..

I work as an apprentice trainee at a period of one year in electrical department. They give as a four digit salary for apprentice trainees and they doing every jobs there including cleaning the floor after the completion of any work. Some times we need to work continues two shifts in a day also the night shift. They do not obey any rules of apprentice act
