Work culture, no learning opportunity, no growth, poor benefits and compensation, no work satisfaction. Manufacturing shift officer job is nightmare. Forced to stay after shift also

Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management is too. Company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not acceptable

On an experience of over 2years six months my monthly salary is just 9k and due to this pandemic situation we are holding up here for getting a better future. But the management doesn't concern our problems or giving us small hike in our payrolls. It will be worst for us for getting a new work profile on this current CTC.
