The salary structure is too poor and inadequate, especially for post graduate candidates who don’t deserve this exploitation. The paltry salary I have been offered is very near to minimum wages prescribed to labour’s by government of India. Is it fair to provide so low salary to a deserving pharma postgraduate pass out from the best pharma school in Asia, wherein one can’t meet out one’s expenses honourably with dignity. And above all the annual increment is some 300/- the amount the person spend on a single auto fair!! The big reason is the professional carrier growth. Unlike doctors who get decent perks and emoluments and promotional growth, designation wise. Here in pharma wing of hospital one doesn’t expect to reach anywhere substantial even after a decade down the line.

...very job to covid-19 positive patients and didn't care for employees safety , -low salary, as for incentives they always used on short amount and was never given to employee -employee has to work extra time always -very slow career growth and full of politics -for apollo marketing is more important than patients safety - even the resign process took me 3months

Problem solving from management side z delay. It should be a compulsory skill training before joining of new employee.
