Poor work culture, Sales team taking important technical decisions ahead of technical persons, Dominance of sales team in organisation structure, No respect to Consultant Doctors, poor job security.

Performance matters than previous records, Excellent company to work with, good people with lots of guidance.

Accounts Dept and it's processes are very slow. It might slower the growth when we are in expansion, salary schedule is excellent.

... but vast difference in values, culture, working pattern and of course benefits. I would suggest to kindly explore the profile deeply, make great negotiation on salary part and know your reporting authority if you're planning to join AHLL.

Work culture. Company is in growing phase and they always cry for budgets. Poor benefits. Management tries to identify ways on how to cut employees salaries, benefits and allowances. They don't even have basic canteen facilities at most of the units that too in cities like Mumbai and Pune.
