Poor work culture, Sales team taking important technical decisions ahead of technical persons, Dominance of sales team in organisation structure, No respect to Consultant Doctors, poor job security.

Performance matters than previous records, Excellent company to work with, good people with lots of guidance.

Accounts Dept and it's processes are very slow. It might slower the growth when we are in expansion, salary schedule is excellent.
