It's a lala company they don't have any proper management rule , they change their rule according to their needs, I've never seen the toxic atmoshphere like this company, the management is very unprofessional , it's look like a jail where prisoners work, Manager is very cheap minded, he has lack of knowledge but he think he's very smart, Manager (Sumit Shrotri) Always say to employees that He never fired to anyone but he always try to create a situation where employee leave itself , they destroyed my career by changing my field from developer to non-technical field, they always do unprofessional behaviour with employees without informing the employee, I suggest to not join this company if you don't want to make your life and career hell.
