It is truly a US MNC, with a legacy of 28 years. They are headquartered in California, USA, and have a presence worldwide, including 3 offices in India. Apolis champions Performance over Prejudice. They have an apparent goal of becoming the pioneer staffing firm; a brand to reckon with. The only way to survive and succeed in this organization is by performance. If you are a good performer this organization will give you everything you need to do your job well. They give so many flexibilities Reporting Time, Working From Home, Food, Cabs, etc. Management is thoughtful and supportive. This is no place for gossip or politics, you ought to perform and nothing else matters.

Dislikes

There isn't any such thing that needs a mention here. People who can't perform or I may say don't want to perform will have complaints about everything.

Likes

Director- Manish Tripathi. This guy doesn't lose hope easily in employees. He gives every chance to employee to survive.

Dislikes

Managers- zero support. Passes blame on recruiters for everything. Do not support or back recruiters in any case. Put unnecessary pressure on recruiters even if it doesn't require. Work on weekends.

Likes

Apolis Managers does not interact and shows any interest of day to day activity of IT resources .They usually introduces the employees to clients and that's all ,what is happening in the project they show no interest of knowing .

Dislikes

Managers are crooks where they take no responsibility .They have one or two projects and after you do a lot of hard work you never know anytime you will be asked to resign .

Likes

Third-class Indian managers. They will create a fake resume and present you as an experienced developer. A lot of candidates have been blacklisted and the company is facing legal issues. Although trainers (Indian techy are great)

Dislikes

Every thing. The worst thing ever I experienced in my life.
