It is truly a US MNC, with a legacy of 28 years. They are headquartered in California, USA, and have a presence worldwide, including 3 offices in India. Apolis champions Performance over Prejudice. They have an apparent goal of becoming the pioneer staffing firm; a brand to reckon with. The only way to survive and succeed in this organization is by performance. If you are a good performer this organization will give you everything you need to do your job well. They give so many flexibilities Reporting Time, Working From Home, Food, Cabs, etc. Management is thoughtful and supportive. This is no place for gossip or politics, you ought to perform and nothing else matters.

Director- Manish Tripathi. This guy doesn't lose hope easily in employees. He gives every chance to employee to survive.

Managers- zero support. Passes blame on recruiters for everything. Do not support or back recruiters in any case. Put unnecessary pressure on recruiters even if it doesn't require. Work on weekends.

Apolis Managers does not interact and shows any interest of day to day activity of IT resources .They usually introduces the employees to clients and that's all ,what is happening in the project they show no interest of knowing .

Managers are crooks where they take no responsibility .They have one or two projects and after you do a lot of hard work you never know anytime you will be asked to resign .
