No job security - no project you are fired ( they don't absorb you in other projects) which can lead to spoiling your entire career if you join the company and you are not lucky enough about projects, no proper pay based on designation given, no initial or skill development trainings, no proper communications by HRs and management, not many people within the company are supportive.
