For freshers it is a good platform to learn.. Trainers so so good in this organization..Especially, gomathi so good trainer... They will teach much till when we got get clear...

Salary, appraisal not good in this and there is lot of partiality happen.. They will recruit the people whenever the work is good but after that process gone down they will send out the workers with unvaluable reasons.. If not they create that... They will move the person to another process.. But they won't.. THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY

Compensation and growth are slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do value an individual's unique strength and support more. There are lots of politics inside the team.

Nothing to like there... So many guys joined only for getting some job to manage their daily routine

It's not worthy to work there. Once if you get hired you'll face only pressure and salary also not good. They not respond or treat by your concern. They force us to work on all 7 days in a week and allowance also they not paying
