Salary offered during joining but I was not aware they will be firing after completion of Project. They should hire consultant for such requirements. They should not play with resource carrier. Work company and culture. Fired threatening harassing resource for resignation after their work done.

...thing you need to resign today if nit we terminate and you will not get any job. Even they are not ethical to give salary for next 2 months. No support after firing. Worst unethical company I ever seen. If resource is not upto mark after 2 years then their training and placement hr hiring team is responsible. They don't know whom they should hire and this should not impact person whom they hired.

...ity. Technical Employee will throw from the company after one year or two years. you have to do your task and your manager/ Lead work otherwise they will not give promotions/ salary hike.
