Dislikes about company targets are there and also based on targets salary was given and also based on projects the workloads are some time high and some times low that time the lower workloads are there then happen monthly targets are not completed.

The company is open to innovation and readliy adopts latest technology. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Dublin. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow

Great place to work if you want to learn. People friendly atmosphere is another thing which can be highlighted.

No proper communication from the Senior management on the company policies. Unexpected layoffs and imparity in recruiting people.

Likes

Company is having very good business. Since one person doing work of 2-3 people, so you can never feel less loaded. Always work will be there. New challanges will be there. Work culture good. Policies normal and Management is also good. Lots of new improvement are undergoing.

Dislikes

Negative environment due to imbalance load distribution. Work life balance is affected usually. High favorism. False commitments. No proper evaluation of your work and payment.
